01 Introduction

Welcome to hey33. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and hey33 ("hey33," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the hey33 online casino platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at hey33.one (the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on hey33, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the hey33 Platform.

02 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on hey33, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and not prohibited by applicable local, national, or international law.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where the use of online gambling services is restricted or prohibited.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of hey33, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the hey33 Platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

hey33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of hey33 services, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on hey33. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. hey33 is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the player.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. hey33 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
• Unauthorized Access: You must notify hey33 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. hey33 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account prior to notification.
• KYC Verification: hey33 may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

hey33 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the hey33 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Accepted Payment Methods: hey33 currently supports GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. hey33 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are only available to verified accounts. You must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: hey33 targets a processing time of approximately 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals following approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
• Withdrawal Method Matching: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, as part of hey33's anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures.
• Transaction Limits: hey33 may impose minimum and maximum transaction limits on deposits and withdrawals. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Currency: hey33 does not charge currency conversion fees. All balances, bets, and payouts are denominated in Philippine Peso.

hey33 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending the completion of identity verification, fraud investigation, or compliance review. Players will be notified of any such delay and the reason for it where permissible by law.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

hey33 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless otherwise specified. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not wagered within the specified period will be forfeited automatically.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, slots, and table games may have different contribution percentages. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
• Abuse Prevention: hey33 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to clear wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or exploiting promotional terms in bad faith.
• Modification or Withdrawal: hey33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where possible, reasonable advance notice will be provided to affected players.

06 Gameplay Rules

The following rules apply to all gaming activity on the hey33 Platform:

• Game Fairness: All digital games on hey33 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real-time and are subject to independent oversight.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game, hey33 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
• Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. hey33 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• Disconnection Policy: If a player is disconnected during an active game round, the game will continue according to its programmed rules. hey33 is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hey33 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the Platform's systems.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts for any purpose, including to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the hey33 Platform, software, or systems.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward hey33 staff or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are void and will be forfeited.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the hey33 Platform — including but not limited to the hey33 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of hey33 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the hey33 Platform without prior written consent from hey33.

09 Privacy & Data

hey33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the hey33 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

hey33 is committed to protecting your personal information and complies with applicable data protection laws in the Philippines, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your data will never be sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hey33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, connectivity issues, or system errors beyond hey33's reasonable control.
• Any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate or incomplete.
• Interruptions to the Platform's availability due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or circumstances beyond hey33's control (force majeure).

hey33's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Termination

hey33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player or a third-party responsible gaming authority.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from a competent authority.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through hey33's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

hey33 operates in alignment with the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players are encouraged to familiarize themselves with applicable Philippine gaming laws and regulations.

13 Amendments

hey33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, hey33 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the hey33 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
